THE HOTEL>The dinning rooms
There are three dining rooms: two situated in the old house kitchens and the other, in the old Pressing Room, where the grapes were pressed and fermented to make wine.
The restaurant is a service offered to our hotel guests as well as being open to the general public, with previous bookings.
Our cuisine is based on the traditional cooking of the area, but has a personal touch that also connects it to the more avant-garde tendencies found presently in Catalonia. The most important aspects of our cuisine are the careful selection of fresh seasonal products and our own special touch in the elaboration of the cooking process. We also like to make use of a variety of artisan products in which we have great faith.
